What’s worse is that it’s pretty clear that the White House staff then lied about the error. I find it inherently incredible that teachers who had been planning this for months would have gotten the time wrong. And anyone who deals with kindergarteners knows that you always build in flex time — kids aren’t ready, they have to pee for the millionth time, they lose their permission slips…zillions of things can go wrong. But no, the Obamatons need to shift the blame to the teachers. Lends new meaning to the term, “bush league.” (No disrespect to the former Presidents intended.)
