Luckily all those Democratic congresscritters currently being duped are all illiterate, and will never comprehend (or indeed, learn about) this approach.

My friend Barry is verklempt that the health care debacle stampeding its way over the cliff may well disrupt abortion coverage for many American women.

Because many small employers are expected to switch to using the exchanges, this means that women who currently have abortion coverage through their small employer, will have their coverage replaced with insurance that doesn’t cover abortion.

You mean running health insurance through the government might MESS UP private choices privately negotiated, by putting the whole thing under the control of the political class?

Dr. George Tiller, a Kansas physician well-known as a prominent abortion activist, has been murdered.

I’ll be honest; I won’t mourn that an abortionist is gone. But I will mourn that a human life has been ended unjustly. And this killing, assuming that it was done by a pro-life believer who wanted to kill Dr. Tiller, is likely to set back the pro-life cause considerably.

RIP Dr. Tiller, and God bring comfort to your family.

Well, this turns out to be a hoax. I’m glad. And, the cracks about the obtuseness of those of us who fell for it aside, Ann’s evisceration of this foolish young “artist” is classic, and I endorse every word.

This woman impregnated herself using donor sperm, repeatedly, and then induced abortions on herself, repeatedly.

As an art project.

I cannot imagine the level of spiritual deadness and moral blindness that could lead someone to this place. Well, I can imagine it. I just have a hard time accepting it. I also can’t imagine what kind of man would donate sperm to a project like this, unless they were persuaded to donate under false pretenses.

This woman would have horrified the Nazis. Doesn’t it tell you something, that Nazis would freak out at what you are doing? That’s a useful moral test, perhaps, for these new children of liberation. If even Hitler would recoil, you’re doing something that’s wrong.

This is a triple tragedy. If her suicide note is accurate, then this woman was badly served by the abortion culture. Not that this should be a shock.
